The shakers from GFL, with orbital, reciprocating, rocking, vibration or asymmetric rocking movements in 3D, were designed for the use in laboratories, incubation clean-rooms and environments thermostatized between 10 and 50°C. There are models with analog and digital control. The models with digital control have an RS 232 interface and may be controlled and regulated by a PC. The movement may be activated from 1 min. to 99:59 hours or for continuous operation with an adjustable speed of 0.5 to 1.0 rpm. The models with analog control may be set for an operation between 1 and 60 minutes, or for a continuous operation. The front control panel is designed for ease of operation. The models with digital control include two LCD displays to indicate the present speed and the remaining time of operation. The shakers feature an electronic control of the speed, with a soft start and a truly quiet operation. The mechanism is compact, and designed for a long-term wear less and reliable operation. The speed is reliably constant and independent of the load carried, even for continuous operation. The load capacity is 1.2 Kg for the vibrating shakers, and more than 8 Kg, and 15 to 30 Kg for the other models. They are operated by alternating current motor with an overload protection. The polystyrene casing is highly resistant to impacts. The large number of accessories allows fitting almost any type of commercially available laboratory vessel. All equipments produced by GFL are checked according to the German law on Security and carry the CE certificate.
