SGE has released a new GC capillary column, forte BPX90. The phase is a uniquely polar phase with high thermal stability (280°C). BPX90's unique polarity will allow users to achieve separation of polar compounds not possible on other columns, in a number of applications including separation of the cis, trans and positional isomers of FAMEs, perfumery, petrochemicals, pesticides, PCBs and aromatics. BPX90 is also an excellent choice for 2D-GC, in combination with non-polar phases.
